Creative.

At my core, I’m a creator—it’s what fuels me. Whether traveling, cooking, photographing, or diving into architecture and interior design, I find inspiration everywhere. Creating keeps me grounded and reminds me to appreciate the beauty in the world around me.
Adaptable
One of the greatest compliments I ever received was that I bloom where I am planted.
Graduating during the 2008 economic crash meant months of job hunting with few opportunities. Instead of waiting, I chose to gain life experience and signed a one-year contract to teach in Seoul, South Korea. When I arrived, I didn’t speak a word of Korean; by the end of my contract, I was confidently navigating the city and hunting down the best BBQ spots.
This experience reinforced the power of adaptability and finding opportunity in unexpected places. It also pushed me to grow beyond my cultural, intellectual, and geographic comfort zones—lessons that continue to shape my approach to challenges today.
Empathetic.
Design allows me to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. By truly connecting with others, I gain a deeper understanding of their unique journeys—their struggles, triumphs, and unspoken needs.
Empathy challenges me to see the world through different perspectives, shaping both my work and my personal growth. It’s not just a skill; it’s one of my most valued strengths
Critical Thinker.
When tackling a new challenge, I start by breaking it down—questioning assumptions, uncovering weaknesses, and identifying hidden strengths. Playing devil’s advocate helps me stress-test ideas, ensuring they hold up under scrutiny.
Embracing opposing perspectives and engaging in rapid-fire problem-solving broadens my thinking and leads to more innovative solutions
